One thing I know for sure: the scale is only part of the story.
It doesnt matter that I am twenty pounds above goal.
It doesn’t mean I am not beautiful.
It doesn’t mean I am not loved.
It didn’t prevent me from having a wonderful day.
It doesn’t mean I am a success or a failure.
The scale is only part of the story.
It doesn’t mean everything.
That is all.
